collecting with intention

MY approach is relationship-based and develops over time. I builD collections that are both personally meaningful and culturally informed.

Who I Am

I bring a multidisciplinary background to my advisory practice, grounded in both academic and professional experience. I hold a Master of Fine Arts from Rhode Island School of Design and has taught issues in contemporary art at the university level, working with upper-level undergraduate and graduate students in studio critiques, motion graphics and documentary filmmaking and editing.

My teaching practice emphasized critical thinking, visual literacy, and the ability to articulate a point of view—skills that directly inform how she works with collectors today.

Following my academic work, I transitioned into the production world, working in commercial art departments where I developed expertise in CAD for floor plans and 3-D environments, logistics, sourcing, and large-scale visual execution. I later co-founded a production company as creative director specializing in live events, motion graphics, and staged environments.

As both an active collector and advisor, Kiki approaches collecting as a form of learning and authorship. Her work with clients focuses on developing an informed, evolving perspective—helping them navigate the contemporary art landscape while building collections that reflect both personal taste and cultural awareness.

MY services

Our Process

We begin with conversation

We meet to understand your interests, background, and goals. I’ll ask about your experience with art, what draws you in, and what you’d like to explore..

Taste Exploration

We’ll review images of artworks or visit shows—discussing what resonates. It’s a dialogue, not a test. You’ll learn how to articulate your tastes; I’ll learn how to interpret them.

Education

I’ll guide you through key ideas, artists, and trends—demystifying the art world without the jargon. This might be in-person, via curated materials, or recommended readings.

Acquisition

Over time, we’ll identify pieces that fit—always checking back to your evolving perspective. Each step deepens your understanding of your collection’s story.
